A series of events will be held over the week leading up the weekend as part of the Sgt. Matthew Locke MG Charity Match.

18th – 25th February – A selection of photos of Timor Leste by Wendy Ricardo will be on display at the Bellingen Library and Everything is Beautiful Gallery in Bellingen. Entry is free although a donation is welcomed. The photos show life in Timor Leste through the eyes of Wendy.

22nd – 24th February – The Army Team arrive in Coffs Harbour and are conducting school visits in the area.

24th February – Civic Reception, Bellingen Golf Club, anytime after 1pm – all are welcome for a game of golf, BBQ to thank all the team and match sponsors.

25th February – Sgt. Matthew Locke MG Charity Match – gates open at 2pm. There will be junior games, music, face painting, canteen, raffles and auctions. The main game between The Army Thunder and Bellingen Valley-Dorrigo Magpies starts around 5.30pm. Bellingen Park, Bellingen. Join us after at Diggers Tavern for more auctions. Adults $5 entry, pensioners a gold coin.

26th February – The Army Band (Newcastle and Sydney) lead by Capt. David Thompson will be holding a concert at C.ex Coffs, Coffs Harbour starting at 2pm.  Enjoy an afternoon of contemporary and military music by this world class ensemble. Tickets are on sale at the club for $10 each.
