Despite having a Plan A and B mother nature came out the winner this year. Thank you to Army, Air force and Navy, Macksville, Group 2 and of course Bellingen Magpies for being ready to play and all their work. The only event that was going to stop them was the roads being cut, which is exactly what happened. I personally woke up on Saturday morning on the south side of Bellingen after already being stranded only to find out the disappointing news.

Thank you to all those that helped in the organisation, those I have named plus Bellingen Juniors, Bellingen Hockey, Bronwyn's Shop, The Lions Club, Midcoast Printing, RSL Sub-Branch Bellingen, Pacific Bay Resort, Hyde Park Inn Sydney, Bellingen Golf Club, Bellingen Shire Council, Diggers Tavern, CCFormwork, Bellingen Cellars, Jenny Chapman, Victor Sports, Erica and Freya Cross and all those who planned on coming to Bellingen and seeing the match.

We will continue to sell raffle tickets in the quilt throughout the year. i will let you know shortly who has tickets to sell. All funds raised will be rolled over into next years game. Which only leaves us to start planning for 2014. It will be bigger and better than ever.
