The latest news from East Timor sees the near completion of Escola Pre-Secondaria Foho Ailico School. The four roomed school will be used in conjunction with other school buildings attached to the Boramba Primary School.

The next task will be to fill the rooms with desks and chairs, which our willing workers will be building themselves.

The Grub Club has assisted this process by providing funds for furniture.

We wait eagerly for photos of the final building.A big round of applause to the community of Bei Cala for their hard work and dedication to the project.

2013 quilt made and donated by Jenny Chapman.

Another unique quilt made by Jenny Chapman and quilted by Joyce Grounds has been donated for raffle as part of the Sgt. Matthew Locke MG Charity Match. The quilt was inspired by the Gordan Parson's song 'Where the Bellinger River Flows'. The quilt is on show at Bronwyn's Shop, Hyde Street Bellingen prior to the match on 23rd of February 2013 and tickets can be purchased there as well. Thank you to Jenny, Joyce and Bronwyn for their generosity.

Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5.
